Spotlight: Blaine Witt
Blaine Witt's primary business focus is digitalization strategy development and deployment for scalability in sales, marketing, production, and engineering for privately owned companies. He holds an engineering degree in Industrial Distribution from Clarkson University.
Mr. Witt’s early years were focused on application engineering of servo motors and motion control systems for automation and robot systems. He worked for many years in the VFD market sizing thermal management systems for many OEM machines that required digital control and connectivity to management systems.
For over 30 years Blaine Witt has been a noteworthy leader in the global manufacturing space and a director on privately held company boards. Mr. Witt is currently a Director on the Board of Hammond Manufacturing Company Ltd, a public TSX company and leader in Electrical Enclosures, Electronics and Racks. His focus is on governance and serves on the company's US Strategy Development Committee.
Prior to his tenure at Witt Holding Company, Inc., he served as an Executive & Corporate Board Member of Pfannenberg Group Holding located in Hamburg, Germany from 2014 to 2021 with his primary focus as Regional Sales Director of Americas.
Mr. Witt launched Pfannenberg Incorporated in Lancaster, NY as a startup sales & production location for its German parent company. He helped grow this startup to largest global affiliate within Pfannenberg Group Holdings.
His hands-on experience with global CRM and ERP implementations and his 30+ years of automation support for his customers provides his clients with valuable insight.
